Winkpayment : First and foremost, I will like to extend my gratitude to the owner of Getecurrency for this interview and my greetings to all fellow exchangers and e-currency users. Well, I’m Ibrahim Akinola, and currently held the position of Managing Director in the company.

Getecurrency : We would also like to know about the team of WinkPayment ,How many people work for the company? What are their positions?

Winkpayment : WinkPayment is operated by professional in all ramification of both      traditional and modern day business. We currently have 6 active staffs - three Directors, one sales manager, one purchasing manager and a secretary.  Three staffs operating in Abeokuta branch and three staffs operating in Lagos branch.

Getecurrency : We would like to know more about WinkPayment, could you please tell us about WinkPayment and Your role in E-currency Exchange Market?

Winkpayment : WinkPayment team are with the aim of providing unbeatable, fast and instant service for buying and selling of E-currency Orders. Our role is to breach the gaps of inadequacy, delay and dishonesty that have been created by dishonest exchangers. Our edge is to always render a family-friendly service to all our customers.

Getecurrency : Is there any reason for choosing the name WinkPayment for your project?

Winkpayment : Conventionally, Wink simply means – “doing thing in short time,” so the name WinkPayment was selected for the project to show prospective Users that the service we render is fast and instant.

Getecurrency : We would like to know where Winkpayment based? We would like to know also is Winkpayment Offically registered company?

Winkpayment : WinkPayment is based in Nigeria – with branches in Lagos and Abeokuta. And it’s fully owned by City Nigeria SB3 Ltd Reg. No. RC977790.

Velaexchange : Before we used Vela Exchange as our brand, we had used several brands before, from 2002, we used Chinagoldexchange.com for e-gold exchanging in China, then from 2005, we started cheapegold.com for English speaking customers, at the same time, we had been agents for several prepaid debit card companies and provided card funding service to our members, from 2007 to 2009, we partnered with London gold exchange, providing debit card funding and some payment service for them, then from 2009, we started using Velaexchange.com as our independent and unique web site.

It helps to figure out customers’ needs and gives us necessary information regarding further development of the company. I do not always have a chance to talk to our customers personally because of my busy schedule, but we have a competent customer support service that does not leave any issue unresolved.
